Your statutory rights are not affected. For reasons of hygiene and safety, we cannot refund or exchange any grooming products or cosmetics that have been opened or show signs of use, unless they are faulty.

When you register as a Customer, the personal information you provide must be true, accurate, up to date and complete. You must notify us immediately of any changes to your personal information via your account settings.

You agree not to impersonate any person or entity or to use a false name or identity you are not authorised to use.

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify or withdraw, temporarily or permanently, this Website (or any part thereof) with or without notice, and you agree that we shall not be liable to you or any third party for such modification or withdrawal;
  • Change these Terms & Conditions from time to time, and your continued use of this Website (or any part thereof) following such change shall be deemed your acceptance of those changes. You should check regularly to see if these Terms & Conditions have been updated.

Product Descriptions

Each product purchased is sold subject to its product description. We make every effort to reproduce colours accurately; however, different devices may render colours differently, so an exact match cannot be guaranteed. If you are not satisfied with the colour of the item you ordered, you may return it under our 30-day money-back guarantee (see Returns section).

We take reasonable care to ensure that details, descriptions and prices of products on the Website are correct when they are entered into our system. At busy times, orders may take 2–3 days to be dispatched. Most orders arrive within 2–3 business days after dispatch. As we cannot guarantee postal service speed, you should allow up to 8 business days for UK delivery, 14–15 business days for Western Europe, and 20 business days for the rest of the world.

We may change any short code or telephone number used for support at any time and will notify you of such changes. You agree that messages (such as STOP or HELP requests) sent to outdated numbers may not be received and we are not responsible for honoring requests sent to such numbers. You agree to provide a valid mobile number; if you change your mobile number, you must update it accordingly.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected transmissions, errors in transmitted information, or actions you may take in reliance on the Service.

Price Promise

  • Price matches will only be made against retailers listed on our competitors list.
  • The competitor’s item must be identical (condition, make, model, size, colour) and available for immediate dispatch.
  • We will match the competitor’s price including standard delivery. Samples and free gifts are excluded.
  • Only standard/regular prices qualify; special group discounts or subscription rates are excluded.
  • Price match applies to prices in GBP for UK delivery.
  • Price match must be agreed before purchase and is valid for 24 hours.
  • Only one unit per order may use price match.
  • Post-purchase price match is at our discretion, up to 7 days after purchase, via refund.
  • We may decline price match for obvious pricing errors.
  • We reserve the right to withdraw the Price Match Promise at any time.
  • Price match cannot be combined with other offers.

Returns Policy

All products purchased via this website are covered by our 30-day no-quibble guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied, return the unopened item(s) within 30 days of receipt and we will refund you. Include a brief note with name, order reference, and reason for return. Returns costs are borne by you, unless the product is faulty or incorrect.

If you are unable to use our returns portal, we will provide a returns form and label via your account. Attach the label to your parcel, ensure a returns number is shown, and include a copy inside your parcel. Keep proof of postage and send it in; we may reimburse postage upon proof where applicable.

If you return a full order, refunds are limited to the total order value. In some cases, we may issue account credit for postage.


Right of Cancellation

You may cancel your order up to 14 days after you receive it. If you cancel within 20 minutes of placing the order (where possible), you may use the CANCEL button in your account. Once our warehouse begins processing, you cannot stop dispatch, but you may return the order unopened. Notify us of your cancellation within 14 days and then return the product(s) at your expense. We will refund upon receipt of the goods, including original payment method.

If you cancel via Guest Checkout, you may not have the option to cancel through the website. We may wait to receive the returned goods before issuing a refund.


Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

We strive to deliver correct and undamaged items. Please inspect your items upon receipt and report any issues as soon as possible. Do not discard damaged goods, product packaging, or outer boxes, as photographic evidence may be required.

For items received faulty, damaged, of unsatisfactory quality or incorrect:

  • Within 30 days of receipt: you may receive a full refund (including postage) or a replacement if available.
  • After 30 days but within 6 months: we will offer a replacement or refund if replacement is unavailable.
  • Beyond 6 months: you must prove the goods were faulty; depending on circumstances, we may offer a replacement, partial or full refund.

VAT & Sales Taxes

For orders to the EU, applicable VAT and import tax are prepaid by us. The price you see is the price you pay. We cannot control taxes and fees on deliveries outside the EU—please check with your local customs before ordering.


We may provide links to third-party websites or resources (now links to skinscentria.com). You acknowledge that by visiting these sites, we are not responsible for their availability, content, privacy practices, or the use others make of them. We are not liable for any damages or losses arising from your use of linked websites.


Personal Information & Privacy

We treat all personal information as confidential, subject to applicable data protection laws. We use it for order processing, surveys/statistics, administering the website, delivering relevant content and advertisements, and (with your consent) notifying you of special offers. You may request a copy of your data, have it corrected or deleted, withdraw consent, or opt out of marketing communications.

The risk and title for a Gift Voucher pass to the purchaser upon our electronic transmission. We are not liable if any voucher is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission.

We reserve the right to close accounts and reclaim funds if a fraudulently obtained voucher is redeemed.

Gift Vouchers are non-refundable except as required by law. Their value cannot be withdrawn as cash. Any credit expires six months after issuance.

  1. These Terms apply to your participation in the Points Programme, allowing you to earn and spend points on purchases via skinscentria.com.
  2. To participate, you must have an account and actively opt in; you won’t be enrolled automatically.

Membership

  • Membership is free and open to non-trade customers aged 18 or over.
  • We may refuse membership or terminate it if abused.
  • Points are non-transferable and cannot be shared.

Earning Points

  • Points are earned for each qualifying purchase (e.g. 3 points per £1 spent after discounts).
  • Points are awarded after dispatch, normally within 24 hours.
  • We may withhold or delay points in case of suspected fraud or breach.
  • Some products may be excluded.
  • If you return a purchase, associated points will be deducted.

Spending Points

  • Points can be redeemed for discounts on purchases, not cash.

Referral Scheme

General

  • If we believe there has been a breach, we may exclude you from current or future service.
  • We may void, suspend or cancel offers, promotions or the site operations if circumstances beyond control arise.
  • If an offer is cancelled, any associated payments will be refunded, with no further liability.
  • These Terms are governed by applicable law. As a consumer, you retain mandatory statutory rights in your country of residence.
  • Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction appropriate under applicable law.
