What is your Return Policy?
We offer a 30-day no-quibble guarantee on all products ordered via skinscentria.com. If you are not completely satisfied or have changed your mind, return the unopened item(s) within 30 days of receipt and we will refund the price paid (excluding original postage).

If the product is faulty, damaged, of unsatisfactory quality, or incorrect, please report this within 30 days. Retain any damaged goods, packaging, and outer box. We may require photographic evidence and, if needed, return of the items to process your claim. Upon validation, we will issue a full refund or replacement (subject to availability).

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot refund or exchange any cosmetics or grooming items removed from original wrapping or showing signs of use — unless they are faulty.

If you cannot use the automated returns portal
You may request a returns form and label via your account. Once you receive it, attach the label (including the returns number) to your parcel and include a copy inside for identification. You’ll need to send it via standard post, obtain a receipt, and keep proof of postage for verification. Eligible postage costs can be refunded via your original payment method, subject to maximum order value limits. In cases of returning a complete order, if postage exceeds order value, account credit may be offered instead.


Cancellations & Rights

Your statutory rights are unaffected by this policy.

Cancelling your order
You may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. If you cancel, we will provide the return address so you can ship the goods back at your expense. Once we receive the return (unopened and in original packaging), we will refund you via the original payment method.
If you use guest checkout, cancellation may not be available online; in such cases, return the unopened items as per return procedure for a refund.


Defective, Damaged, Incorrect Items

While we aim to deliver correctly and in perfect condition, mistakes or damage may occur. Please inspect upon delivery and raise issues promptly.
If items are faulty, damaged, unsatisfactory, or incorrect:

  • Within 30 days of receipt: full refund (including original postage) or replacement (if still available).
  • After 30 days and up to 6 months: replacement is preferred; if unavailable, full refund including postage.
  • After 6 months: you may need to demonstrate that the defect existed at delivery; depending on circumstances, we may provide replacement, partial refund, or full refund.

Refund Timing & Process

Once your return has been processed and accepted, refunds are typically issued within 5 working days to the original payment method. You will receive a notice when the refund is underway.
If you do not see the refund within 10 working days of receiving our notification, please check your account and contact support via your account portal.
